“Home, sweet home..” On October 12, 2005 New England Docutec, Inc. had its official Grand Opening for its new 10,000 sq. ft. facility located on Charles Street in North Providence. “We have been supported from day one by Mayor Mollis and his staff, so it was an easy decision to build around the corner from our original location on Mineral Spring Ave.,” responded John Krikorian to questions on why he chose to stay in North Providence. The new facility offers the space and amenities that New England Docutec, Inc. needs to take our business to the next level. We have built a state-of-the-art showroom, featuring the award winning Konica Minolta and Xerox product lines. We are proud to invite you, our customers, to come in and demonstrate the latest products available in a relaxed setting. Hands-on training, complemented by virtual training via webinars is available to you, as well as our staff, to keep everyone on top of the latest technological advances.

The gala event was quite the success with numerous dignitaries stopping by during the day, including Governor Donald Carcieri, Mayor Ralph Mollis of North Providence, and the Attorney General Patrick Lynch. The “Gov” and Ralph were at odds on who should handle the scissors for our ceremonial ribbon cutting so Violet Krikorian took control under the watchful eye of Mom Krikorian (see attached photo). We were extremely pleased with the numerous business partners, vendors, family members, and friends who attended the event. Hopefully all enjoyed the culinary delights on hand, including the grilled steak and chicken, fresh local seafood and chowder, the “pasta station” manned by the Atomic Grill boys, and, of course, the homemade Armenian goodies.
